However my review reflects the inadequate choices they had left. Hardly any donuts at all! I ordered a pink one, see my picture and it was not overly fresh.
Just moved to the area. There are lots of Dunkins around but none of them could make my iced mocha latte right. If I’m paying almost 4 dollars for something I want it to be right. I’ll drive the extra 5 mins, and I don’t even mind having to get out of my car to go inside. It’s worth it. Staff could be a little friendlier but it’s still 5 stars for me.

If I could give it no stars,I would. This is the worse Dunkin donut I have ever been to. The employees are so unfriendly, they have minors working with no customer service skills. I prefer 100 times to drive to the Dunkin on 67th or 57th they are both very good. Incident tonight was the worse experience I have ever had. Employee was on FaceTime while a line of customers waiting, traveling with the phone all over behind the counter. Making foods/coffee without any gloves... Yuck !! The worst!.
Terrible experience at Dunkin'! I went in to buy some donuts, but when I asked what was available, the staff rudely informed me that there were only eight donuts total. The customer service was awful. One of the employees had a terrible attitude; he stuffed the donuts into a pocket and tossed them onto the counter. It was not friendly at all. As for the coffee, it was poorly made and tasted awful. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but those who are working should at least try to be a bit more friendly. After all, it's the customers who pay for the business and their salaries!
