Tim Hortons - Mirabel

I heard so much about this place, so I had to try. It lived up to expectations! I had a breakfast combination with coffee. It filled with an explosion of fruit muffin! Definitely recommend!

I recently visited this restaurant drive-through and encountered an elderly woman working at the window who displayed racist behavior. She refused to serve us food and treated us poorly simply because we did not speak French. I believe Tim should hire bilingual staff members for order taking and ensure that all Canadians are treated with respect and without any form of discrimination.

We were expecting to dine but unfortunately it was closed even though on the web it said dine in available.

On a Sunday around noon, only drive through was open. Staff shortages:

Not very good service with deaf customers, the employees have ZERO patience with communication………. Even worst the supervisor have huge bad attitude in front of customers….. not impressed at all….
