McDonald's - Mirabel

Absolutely the most dirty poorly kept Macdonald’s I’ve ever been.

The service was absolutely awful! The staff appeared to be around 14-16 years old. It took 25 minutes to receive a basic order, and the tables and drink area were extremely dirty. We had to wait 5 minutes just to ask for a straw since the station was empty. On top of that, when we got back to our car, we realized an order was missing. Overall, a terrible experience and I will not be returning.

You ask yourself how do you rate a McDonald's low? Easily. They weren't very nice here and extremely slow. I'm sorry to say once we did get our food. 15 minutes of waiting In the car for two breakfast sandwiches. The guy who brought us the food was very nice. But still unacceptable for McDonald's.

They charge for habanero sauce but not for BBQ sauce at this restaurant.

Disaster service at this restaurant. The service was slow and my sandwich was served upside-down and very messy.
