Salgaboca - Mira

This place is primarily a seafood restaurant and if you love fish it’s superb it’s caught traditionally and landed on the beach opposite. However, I hate fish so was obliged to order steak. Fortunately the steak was equally amazing and without doubt one of the very best I’ve ever tasted. Great service too and no trouble serving a large group. Everyone was happy with their meals. It was very busy even on a midweek night in low season so booking would be wise. Highly recommended

Lovely restaurant. Fantastic waiter, Jaoa recommended some great dishes and wine pairings.. We loved the sunset view from the end table, the seafood rice and the chocolate cake and salted caramel desert were amazing.

Our dinner was wonderful from beginning to end. Our server was knowledgeable and patient, explaining the fish we did not understand and the preparations and switching out sides. They were very accommodating with allergy issues and everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

I visited here with a group who were cycling the Portuguese coast. As a regular at UK seafood restaurants, I was very impressed. The decor is contemporary and sparkles the service was upscale but very personal. The restaurant has a fish counter where you can choose what you want for your meal. They weigh what you have chosen and you agree the price before it is cooked. Most of the fish were quite large and since I was catering for myself, the waiter suggested a steak from a large grouper.This was grilled perfectly and came with a side of incredibly tasty French fries (probably because they were fried in olive oil . Overall a wonderful experience

Primeira experiência neste restaurante, correspondeu às expectativas. Ambiente tranquilo, serviço dentro do normal e a comida estava dentro do pretendido. Jantar agradável.
