The Noodle Den - MINTO

Had lunch there today having Sweet and Sour Basa fish, a bowl of boiled rice and Jasmin tea which was nice and not too expensive. Pity they only had a cheap box of tissues on the table instead of serviettes which was their downfall.

We went there as a result of seeing so many good reviews. Excellent food and value overall. I highly recommend checking this little gem out. If I had to make a criticism I'd say that the chilli sauce condiment is WAY too salty and overloaded with chilli. Go easy on it if you dare is my advice. I suggest using the soy sauce and sparingly on the food.Unfortunately the table we sat at was kind of wobbly which was a little annoying but no big deal. The servings are above average. The dishes include 'home made' noodles and they are excellent. We also had steamed Dim Sims with our mains and they were also above average. Ingredients used by the restaurant seem above average in my opinion. The restaurant is a *little* tricky to find. It is part of the Mall and opposite Red Rooster. We paid about $20.00 per head and it was worth every penny. Overall excellent taste of dishes and size of main meals is why I'll definitely be going back.

On my recent trip back to Sydney, we visited the Noodle Den on 3 different occasions with various friends and family - my wife chose to go here for her Birthday dinner. The food is excellent and the service is great, all at a very reasonable price. The meals are huge, so you can actually share a meal, which cuts the cost. You will be more than satisfied at the Noodle Den

Great casual restaurant located on the outside of minto shopping mall (across from maccas). Nice selection of Asian cuisine. The staff are lovely and the food always delicious and fresh.

This is a great little restaurant. Hand made noodles--YUM. Food portions are large and tasty and they are happy to make special meals combinations. Friendly staff and owners. Its become a real favourite for my family and friends and the pricing is good too.
