Marco's Pizza - Mint Hill

I ordered two pizzas last night. 1 small veggie, and 1 medium-sized meat. When the pizza was delivered, my friend opened the box for the medium all meat pizza and it was Veggie. After reviewing the receipt to make sure that the order was shown correctly, we checked the small pizza and it was correct. My friend called the store to explain what happened and immediately the store told my friend to call Grubhub for a refund. My friend told the guy that this isn't a scarring problem, I don't want a refund I want the right pizza. Only if my friend said he would call back to talk to a manager, the guy offered to make the right pizza. My friend absolutely loved Marco? Pizza... not anymore! Very disappointed by staff and service!

Yummy Pizza at a great price. You will get free bread sticks almost any order if you only have the surveys! Ask for the Jalapeno Ranch diving sauce, it's the best!

Great pizza very good quality ingredients. But we saw a great gentleman from the kitchen outside smoking a cigarette and went back to the kitchen without going into a toilet to wash his hands.

No hair nets?! The boxes were not completely closed when picking up. I had to ask the employees to close the boxes so that the food would not fail; they didn't know how I did it myself. Delicious pizza.

0/2 ordering here. 1st time kids and I waited in the car for 45 mins after being told about 15 more minutes when we arrived. Today they had 1 employee answering the phone, ringing people up and making pizza. Grubhub had to cancel order because driver could not wait. Order had not even been started by the time they arrived. Would not recommend.
