I was not expecting Minsk to have good Chinese food, but I was pleasantly surprised. While it wasn't amazing, it was good and affordable. The dishes were not very spicy, but the spicy meat was tasty. However, the orange chicken was too sweet for my liking. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely come back.
