Mcdonald's - Minot

Ordered food at the drive thru and got all the way home out of town to find they didn't put the cheeseburger in the happy meal. Drove all the way back to town to let them make it right. They made no offer to make it right other than an apology and the missing burger. Done with McDonald'

Don't usually go the McD's Supper Club, except for breakfast. Their #6 no cheese with a large vanilla Iced Coffee is tasty. The other night I ordered two McDoubles with Big Mac toppings. Very tasty and cheaper that a Big Mac. Menu hacks can save ya a little without really compromising the flavor. But McD's ain't what it once was!

Great not as speedy as they were kind of getting slower

It's a McDonald's. The Broadway location is the slowest. Why have a drive thru if you always have to pull around and wait for your food to be brought out. I have gotten hot fries once out of 15 visits. And everything else is just ok. Overall, good is meh, the atmosphere is not important to me because I use the app and just pick food up, and service sucks only because this is not fast food anymore if we ALWAYS have to pull around and wait.

The floor is a disgusting mess, chewed food, random food, and paper/plastic all over the tables and floor. The drink station had old pop spills on it and looked like it was never cleaned. Employees were doing nothing expect talking amongst themselves and made customers order on the kidoisks machines when the employees were more then capable to order for us at the front. Other than the place being a complete pigsty, the food is decent and the service is time is approximately 5-10 minutes wait.
