Mcdonald's - Minot

Although I don't reside in Minot, I visit the city once a week and always make a stop at McDonald's. I really enjoy the place. If you encounter any issues, you can easily resolve them by speaking with the manager, which makes it a great dining option. It's hard to believe someone would struggle to address their concerns with McDonald's directly. Overall, I really love McDonald's!

I spent most of my Saturday at the clinic feeling unwell, accompanied by my two boys. To lighten the load, we decided to grab a quick and easy meal. After placing my order, I moved to the register to pay and was greeted by a very polite young man. He quickly noticed the strain in my voice and the tears in my eyes. He shared that he understands how tough things can get, mentioning that his own mother often faces challenges too. He gave me a high five and said, "Moms are amazing!" I truly wish I could hug his mother for raising such a thoughtful and caring young man. He made a tough day a little bit easier. Thank you, kind sir; you made a difference!

Excellent customer service; the manager was fantastic. The food was served hot.

This is the best McDonald's in town. I'm never going to the Broadway, one they're terrible in my experience. Customer service is fantastic here and my orders are always on the point!

Best McDonalds to eat in town. Lobby is open decent hours. I just wish the parking spots in front would be open and not pickup.
