The woman that owns that franchise is about the most ignorant person you could possibly deal with, and her staff answer the phone as if they’re annoyed. When they did not have an item I ordered on the app they claimed I had to call to get a refund. Did not provide me a phone number or any assistance to get my money back. Come to find out when I spoke to the other Duncan she could’ve refunded it because it was in her system. They are beyond ignorant, have no idea how to run a business and a complete waste of your energy.
Clean and fast service. Same quality coffee as always.
EWWWW! I don't like to complain but I came here and ordered an iced chai with oat milk. I took a sip and gagged, It tasted like iced cough syrup and I couldn't drink it. I politely asked if I could try something different and they told me no. I then asked them to just throw it in the garbage. I hate that I wasted money and couldn't be accommodated but lesson learned. I will be going to Starbucks moving forward.
Stood inside waiting to order for almost 10 min. Left empty handed. Very disappointing that I couldn't get my donuts. They just ignore you. Guess you need to go thru the drive thru to get service.
The owner is awesome but her staff could definitely be friendly. Girl with short hair was ignorant, and closed the window on me when I was talking, very unfortunate. If you really hate your job please go elsewhere. Really does affect your customers. I used to work at Dunkin and I never ever talked to customers like that.
