Farm+vine - Minnetonka

We lived at 1700 for four years and absolutely loved it! The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, and quiet. We really appreciated the many amenities and local events. The location is superb, with plenty of shops, including grocery stores, a shopping center, a library, and access to the Minnetonka loop system, all within easy walking distance. The community was fantastic, and both the staff and residents were incredibly friendly, making it a wonderful place to call home!

This is a fantastic place to live! The staff is incredibly courteous, and the building is clean and well-maintained. I really enjoy their fully-equipped party rooms. Any issues with your unit are addressed within 24 hours of your request. Plus, the location is excellent!

The restaurant is situated in a stunning building and an excellent location. My daughter resides here, and I appreciate that I never have to worry since it’s in a secure and safe environment. The place is always impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

Office staff is wonderful and very understanding and have really good personalities. The amenities are beautiful and the location is close to everything you might need. Building is clean and so quiet!!

Residences at 1700 has been a wonderful choice for apartment living. I love the natural light and interior atmosphere, as well as its convenient location! The staff are always so friendly and helpful! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment home in the west metro! The traffic snow plows can be a little bit loud if you're close to the intersection, but not horrible. Having Caribou attached now Taco Teresa's steps away) is awesome!
