Caribou Coffee - Minnetonka

The worst experience I have ever had. Ordered my favorite drink medium iced cold press with less ice, malt flavor with no chocolate and a chicken biscuit. THe drink was filled with ice, no malt flavor and the most bitter coffee to the point where it was undrinkable. The chicken biscuit, while almost tasty, came with a half biscuit on top. While wrapped in foil, it was handed to me in an open wax paper bag. Really? This was a total waste of my $10.00. Won't be going to that store again. I'll be posting this everywhere.

I always give this location a try, hoping it will be a better experience than the last. This last time I went, I literally fished out a bug from my drink. I work for Caribou and have worked at MANY different locations, good and bad. This one isn't the worst, but I am a tad bit disappointed and dissatisfied with what this one has to offer.

My boyfriend I work different hours so he usually picks me up some breakfast before he goes into work.Consistently my bagel isn’t toasted my latte is 1/4 empty with no whipped cream and Carmel drizzle.It’s just a little frustrating when you give a direct order and it doesn’t come back how it should.I love Einstein’s but the one in Minnetonka never seems to get the order right.I work in customer service so I know things happen but this is consistent. Just unfortunate. But thankful I get anything.

Fast and friendly service. Food was good and coffee tasted delicious.
