Burnt my 3 year old's happy meal. Not so happy. I shoulda saved the money and eaten at home.

Friendly staff, love the area however I had ordered 2 40 piece Nuggets and only got one of them instead of the two so it wad a bit of a bummer. Our burgers also weren't wrapped that well so we had to check which one was which but that wasn't something too bad

Manager was RUDE! I went through the drive through and she talked so fast I couldn’t understand her. I repeated what I had because she asked and she interrupted me. Definitely won’t return. Fix your managers attitude

904am: I get you guys get busy. But... the woman at the first window didn 't count my change is this $9 ? I replied Yes . (I wouldn 't short the drawer/that 's your job to count it). Second, they are ALWAYS out of espresso. The lady haf an attitude. I settled with an iced caramel coffee with uncharged (which tastes HORRIBLE/ WATER basically with a little coffee/caramel). The 2nd window, a young girl says oh coffee ? Yes, I reply. She goes you look like you need it . Girl... im 2x your age. Who taught you to speak to people this way? I 'm sure you were trying to make conversation but this isn 't professional. You said it with a rude demeanor; as if I rolled out of bed/look bad. Excuse me??? No!!! I 'd suggest not telling people how they look . I get home and my coffee is watered down so much it doesn 't even taste like coffee. It all tastes horrible. Good tastes gross. I 've never had an issue, but today I 'm posting this review. Please hire people that know how to speak to humans beings. This is unacceptable service. This isn 't okay. Edit: drove all the way back for $3. They did remake it. It 's their coffee. I get this daily so I know it isn 't me. They were nicer this time but won 't be going back to this location. Wasted gas.

Stopped by on mother's day with a huge order for my staff. The manager on shift had no issue w the order even though they were very busy and had a ton of cars. A guest in the store ordered prior to me and the lady who checked him out had set his cup on the counter for him and he walked away without it and went to the bathroom. when he had come back the cup had been placed back behind the counter and the customer lost it, was instantly 10/10 anger over a cup. The manager attempted to calmly explain but the customer was still yelling in the store. Huge props for keeping his cool through the stress, hope he gets a raise. the time of this was 5/12 ~6:00pm
