The Simple Sandwich - Minneapolis

After working downtown over a year, I am getting sick of the chain sandwich shops. Simple sandwich is just that, simple and very delicious. Everything is made fresh and you can tell. On top of great food, extremely friendly staff and a clean dining room, they have amazing prices. If you can get a full “combo meal” under $13 downtown in 2023, that deserves 5 stars. Can wait to try a salad or breakfast! This will be a weekly lunch spot for me…they should institute a punch card!

Very nice and quaint sandwich shop in the Skyway in Minneapolis! Super delicious and scrumptiously fresh ingredients make this one of my new favorite restaurants! The Cuban was hot and savory, with piled high pork and ham, it'd be hard to beat!

My partner and I stop by weekly. Super friendly owners. I'm always willing to support small businesses, but the business has to produce a good and consistent product and give good service. This place hits the mark! My personal favorites are the Cobb Salad and Reuben. Reasonable prices and fresh ingredients.

This is a solid place to get a sandwich. The price is probably one of the better ones for sandwiches in this area of skyway. That said, it is far from anything special. There is nothing to make it standout, other than being least expensive. If the weather is pleasant and it is lunch time, I’d venture outside and look into the food trucks despite the extra 20% or so cost.
