The Best Steak House - Minneapolis

On my first visit, I was impressed and can already see myself becoming a regular customer. The prices are fantastic, and the food is excellent for what you pay. I spent less than $9 for a sandwich, fries, and a drink! The staff was very friendly. While the décor is a bit dated, the comfort food is truly what stands out. They offer a variety of options, from burgers and gyros to salads and hearty dinners like ribeye steak and cake slices. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at such reasonable prices. I definitely plan to come back soon!

Upon entering, you grab a tray, utensils, salad, and dessert, then move through the line to place your order and pick up your drinks—it’s a unique approach without waitstaff. Once you’ve settled at a table, you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while you wait about 10 minutes for your food to arrive. My wife and I ordered the steak and shrimp combo, the steak and BBQ rib combo, one side of mushrooms, two salads, two Texas toasts, and two beers, all for nearly $40. The steak was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to medium, just as we requested. While the ribs may not be competition-level BBQ, they were tender and had a lovely char from the grill—definitely enjoyable with the bone still attached. The portions were generous, everything arrived hot and fresh, and the flavors were fantastic. If you prefer a dining experience complete with royal treatment and multiple types of silverware, this place isn't for you. But if you’re on the lookout for a sincere, affordable, and high-quality steak dinner, this is it. My only regret is that I didn't discover this gem sooner; I’ll definitely be returning with friends!

No ruffle steakhouse, recommended to get hungry. The steak is well seasoned, the Texas Toast is buttery, the salad does not take away from the meal. The dining room is open.

What a fantastic place! You won't find a better steak for the price anywhere else. I highly recommend the Ribeye, which comes with a potato, salad, and Texas toast. The food is served quickly, and the staff is polite and friendly. They offer options like chicken and gyros, but when steak is available, definitely go for that! I usually order my steak medium, and it was cooked to perfection—just like my date!

Not what you expect when you hear “steak house” but the steak was AMAZING. gives you mexican/cafeteria vibes but the cooks sure know what they’re doing. I had a wonderful piece of meat that was cooked to medium rare perfection! Better than most fancy joints. 101% recommend. (i had the porterhouse) prices are good too.
