Subway - Minneapolis

Typical subway, clean, orderly. This location has very friendly staff, good product. When I say lots of onions ...they do it...most skimp, they didnt, I didn 't have to ask twice. Kudos.

Impressive space, but they didn't give us pens with our song request cards, and the candles in our centerpieces weren't lit. They also put our napkins in our laps, so that was a bit uncomfortable. Overall a solid effort, but lacked gravitas.

I always go to Subway and never find the need to take pictures because they typically make your sub anyway you want it. Today my co worker and I went into subway to get steak egg and cheese subs. The sandwich makers name is Michelle and she is a supervisor. She was extremely rude did not even greet us with a good morning. My coworker asked for a flatbread steak and cheese and Michelle literally sprinkled not even enough cheese to cover the egg. My co worker asked for a bit more cheese and she rudely said it would be extra. My co worker replied saying that was hardly enough cheese but she would pay extra. Michelle rudely stated well we go on portions. My coworker then stated that Michelle did not even use any form of a measurement tool for the tiny portion of cheese she provided. Then when it came to making my sandwich t was even worst however I took pictures so you guys can judge for yourselves. My only issue was that I asked for Siracha on my sandwich as well as in a cup and she acted as if this was horrible. I told her that I always get my subs with siracha in a black tiny cup with a lid. She understood but was so rude and stated she should have charged me for it. Her co worker Mariam was just standing there awkwardly ask Michelle her supervisor kept being combative. She is lucky we even decided to purchase the sandwiches at all!! I?m just disgusted with her service.

Not a good experience. Seems like this franchise may take a lot of cost cutting measures at the expense of food quality and the customer experience. Ordered an egg cheese flat bread and the egg was cold and the bread was much lower quality than flat breads I have ordered at other Subways. Not sure if it was a different bread or just cooked improperly, but it tasted bad. Also, when someone asked for a water cup I had the server mentioned that they ?weren?t allowed to give out water cups.? What chain restaurant has that policy nowadays? Don?t recommend. Go to a different Subway.

Asked for a cup for water... they said they don?t have any...asked if I wanted a soda. I would have ordered a soda if I wanted one. I hadn?t been to a subway for some time, but this helps me going forward..will not be going to another subway that doesn?t offer water. Feels pretty standard to receive a water cup.
