Sea Change - Minneapolis

We had the pleasure of being served by the same friendly and helpful server on multiple occasions. If you're having trouble deciding on an entrée, we highly recommend the tuna tartare, oysters, and mussels. The staff's drink recommendations were also excellent. Chef Tim McKee and Culinaire have done a fantastic job of creating an inviting atmosphere that appeals to both locals and visitors alike. The cocktails, such as Toes in the Sand and Snow Cone, are fantastic choices, and their hot chocolates are perfect for a chilly day. Parking is convenient, and dining by the restaurant's large, beautiful windows is a true delight. We have brought guests here multiple times, and they have all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are eagerly looking forward to returning now that the Guthrie is back in action!

The restaurant is situated in a fantastic location and boasts an elegant atmosphere. The food is amazing.

Seafood and the scene here is super good. Visited on a Wednesday I think. Fast and courteous service. This place has a great feel to it.
