Rise Bagel Co. - Minneapolis

Stopped by here for a quick breakfast before sightseeing in Minnesota. The restaurant was nice, tidy, and clean with very friendly staff. Orders were taken quickly and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable for chatting. The sandwiches and pastries were delicious.

Strange experience: The bagel was delicious, but the staff had a rude attitude. The environment was humid and the coffee shop did not have air conditioning. They mistakenly charged me twice. When I brought it to their attention, the staff claimed to have canceled one of the transactions. I showed them that I had been charged twice on my card, but they didn't believe me until I showed them my email. Finally, they assured me that I would not be charged twice, but offered no apology.

First time visiting Rise Bagel. Picked up a bagel coffee to-go and had a very pleasant experience. Great vibes, friendly staff. The windows surrounding the space let in a lot of sunshine and made it feel very cozy and comforting. I recommend TheArtisan on a salted bagel! Delicious.

High quality bagels with a higher price point. The service was excellent and the barista kindly gave me a cup of water when my girlfriend accidentally got Tabasco sauce in her eye. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

We stopped to pick up breakfast after going to the farmers market. It was not overly busy, but seemed like it took quite a while to get out bagel sandwiches. I had the Artisan Breakfast Bagel, which was pretty tasty(really enjoyed the mustard on it! . Mywife had the sausage egg and cheese bagel, and liked it. We both had the onion bagel, which was good, but really onion intense.The cost was a little higher than I would expect, but probably right on for the area it is in.
