Parlour - Minneapolis

I'm so glad we stopped here again. It has been many years since our first visit. Always looking for the perfect burger, Parlour often appears, but it seems there is always a new one on the market to try. This burger is as close as possible to perfection! Besides the food, the service here is top notch! We sat at the bar because we enjoy the human connection that it offers, the people slanging drinks are so funny, always ready to answer stupid questions and even a little bit of ancillary after our meal offered! Please pay them a visit, try the burger and see why this is a must.

Burger, fries, aioli, and beer served in a stylishly lit basement with a trendy underground atmosphere—this place is an absolute MUST! I just had the burger, and it's simple yet delicious—highly recommended. My friends who live in the cities claim it's the best in the world, even better than Au Cheval. If you're from Chicago, you know this is a go-to spot, though they may not agree. I think it’s pretty close to top-notch quality, but the fries here are just perfection. This local favorite also offers excellent cocktails and service. The staff is fast and attentive, making your dining experience even better. What are you waiting for?

Oh, the burger... it might just be the best burger in the world. I want to be careful with my words, but this sets a new standard. And do yourself a favor by ordering a cocktail as well; you can thank me later!

We had an amazing experience at Parlour! The food and drinks were outstanding, and our server Sam made it even better! He was well-informed about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Sam was attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance between checking in on us and allowing us to enjoy our own time. I would highly recommend both Parlour and Sam to everyone!
