Moto - I - Minneapolis

I have been a long time enjoyer of moto-i. It was one of favorite spots in the city. It got me through A LOT. However, these price increases are getting insane. Everything on the menu has gone up anywhere between $2 to $5 in just 4 months. It's incredibly disappointing, sad feeling when the place you love is starting to price you out.

Love that's it's late night first of all! Service was great and friendly! Food came out really quickly too! Atmosphere was awesome!

The classic ramen was genuinely very bad. Greasy broth and and pork shoulder noodles were pretty flavorless. It is also $21 for a classic ramen that consists of broth, noodles, pulled pork, pork shoulder, seaweed and scallions…The edamame was pretty good. On weekends they have a brunch menu only from 11-2. It’s a pretty darkly lit place but has a cute atmosphere, lots a candles. Our server was very polite. It’s ok Lyndale so it doesn’t really have parking, but you can get free or paid street parking at nearby streets. I don’t think I will ever be coming back here

Food was good, if expensive. I had the Korean beef fried rice. Rice was fantastic. Dish was labeled as spicy, but was mild even for Minnesotans (1.5/10 spice). Dish was very filling. I can't drink wine, so can't comment on the sake.

Went in mistakenly thinking they had sushi (they do not), but was happy with the ramen. Chose a cocktail which was utterly forgetable, but otherwise a satisfactory meal. Probably wouldn’t go back, not my jam.
