Mcdonald's - Minneapolis

Joseph is a great man. the younger big guy with glasses is also very nice. all the workers of these McDonald’s seem super solid and on the ball.

Through the drive thru at this place and after the order my nugges and fries the kerl asked if this was for my order and gave me my sum. I asked if I could also get BBQ sauce, but the keerl continued to say noisy, it was too late to order something else and would not give me BBQ sauce. absolutely worst experience I ever had at a mcdonalds. they can't talk to someone directly about the phone number indicated on google. it only keeps riding the same automated message. nice move in consideration of their service seems less than great after other reviews! I guess I'm going to cry from now on!

Mcdonalds has an opportunity to take the sterile, cold business environment and do nothing about it. but at least eating is predictable ok. Some might say good, not sure who these people are. but good service and the pommes were hot. that's a low cash, I know, but they treated it with fat and trust as only the Corp giants can.

Usually I have a decent experience in this drive-thru, but today neither of the people at the windows addressed me other than to make sure I wasn't dropping my food. Both were yelling in conversation with other employees like I wasn't even there. Additionally, my medium drink was filled about a full inch below the fill line that shows on the new plastic cups. It's the closest McDonald's to me, so I'm hoping the next time isn't so bad.
