Lemon chicken with cheese puppets were good. Other dishes looked as if they were sitting there for hours. Staff friendly, restaurant clean. Go back.

The food was not even so great and was later supplied with food in the night. Absolutely not eating here again.

I was just here the other day, and this one of my favorite Le Ann-Chins. Whether there is no line or line that goes out of the door, they always offer a fast but friendly service. That I feel like I'm just a person. Of course, at my last visit I could get some of the favorite entrees like sweet and sour chicken and of course maybe try something new like Cashew chicken that actually tasted quite well. What I like was how it was not only freshly made, but it is also absolutely filled. So much that I have not only my lunch, but also dinner. But some cream cheese competitors and an eggroll with my order is a complete meal. It's really fun to go back, especially since I can really dive in now.

The third time I went there and the food looked dry and for hours. Wontons were cold and chewing. How to pay for cold frits, but much more expensive. Ready.

I placed an online order for delivery. A couple items were missing from the order so I called. The gal I talked to was very pleasant and apologized, and offered to refund the missing items. I asked if they could deliver the missing items instead, she said I'd have to place another order. So I did, but of course that means I ended up paying the service and delivery fees again. An offer to comp the fees for the second order, or even the entire order would have been nice. No such offer was given. I understand, mistakes happen. Some compensation would be nice though. Otherwise the food was good and the interaction was fine. I'd give 4 or 5 stars if not for the underwhelming service.
