Ihop - Minneapolis

Always good to eat. Fast, big servers and chefs are consistent!!! a comforting place, many work meetings; and always reminds me of home, food is awesome, much when parking, clean, and the toilets are always clean, and smells good work people!

Friendly employees work this morning when I was there. Food was excellent! The food came fast and never had to ask for a refill. The galle brought it over before I could finish the first cup.

We didn't have such good experiences. We had a new very nice waiting person who appeared new and tried very hard. Old coffee from another table!! She apologized, but didn't bring us a new pot. We had to add it to our old coffee. I should have insisted on new cups, but it was annoyed that she would make us DIDN'T. They're looking for their feelings. Overloaded and had to get help from above. I said that 10% of my bill will be removed. It was NOT that I spoke at that time and it was called by a (manager? . The menu said pancake OR crepes!! I was accused of ****. It'll take a long time to come back. I'll try to add a picture.

I made a curb-side order and they refused to bring out that they were short employees. It takes a few seconds to deliver the food I paid for myself, although they were fast to answer the phone. A very powerful practice. I was not able to go inside through an injury, and so instead of offering the few seconds to take it out, they have refunded me. A humiliating experience, a waste of a ride and my lunch break.

Service was slow and full of mistakes. After a long wait, we were missing a meal and lots of mistakes on the others. Never did get the missing meal by the time we were ready to leave. DO NOT order steak at IHOP. Ordered medium rare t-bone and eggs. Received a thin steak and the color was of a pork chop; pretty sure it was pressure cooked. Did not eat it because it was so bad. In the end they comped the missing meal and gave 25% off the rest. Certainly helped but we will not be returning in this life time.
