Domino's Pizza - Minneapolis

Took 2hrs to get to me and everything taste burnt. The app gave me a free pizza. And the store gave me a refund. Help this store.

I had a good experience once giving them the benefit of the doubt but now my second time ordering. I am currently writing this as my pizza has not arrived yet from 6:36pm, now its 8:03pm. I also forget to mention that I got hanged up on because the personworking there purposely pretended not to hear me.

This pizza shop has been family favorite for over 15 years. Always good service.

I placed an order at 11 am but had to call the restaurant later because my app wasn't working. They informed me that despite ordering for delivery, they couldn't deliver until 12 pm. Although frustrating, I accepted this. However, two hours after placing my order, they canceled it without explanation. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she not only failed to apologize or offer a solution, but also told me that I wouldn't receive my order because I lived in a "bad area where people steal." I explained that I paid with a card ahead of time, so there was no risk of me stealing anything. The manager raised her voice at me and reiterated that they wouldn't deliver to our area because it was considered unsafe.

On November 2nd, 2023, Ed and the other two staff members at the restaurant were absolutely amazing! This place never fails to impress. Keep up the great work, guys!
