They are knowledgable and professional. Customers are immediately greeted upon arrival.I have been here dozens of times and have always had an excellent experience. I cannot say the same about sweetgreen down the street. I highly recommend this Crisp Green.
The combination of ingredients and sauce is just perfect! Really enjoyed my salad and the environment with the welcoming and friendly staff!
The app is not sending over to the store whether or not I request utensils. I select I need them but when I get my order and see the tag they get, there is no indication that I did. I can't eat this food with my fingers
Surprisingly bad. I used to eat at Crisp&Green in DT Mpls, pre pandemic when I worked downtown. It was always good. I liked Sprout better but C&G was always good too. I recently moved to Midway area and stopped by this location for the first time tonight. Ordered the Cinco delite bc it sounded VERY similar to a salad I used to always get at Sprout and was curious how it would compare. They started making the salad then halfway through lmk they were out of avocado and I could sub something. To their credit they offered to sub the chicken I had already asked to add earlier. Then they were out of the dressing so they had to use a diff one. Then it turns out they were out of pepita's, I noticed, once I was eating it. No heads up about that. So I don't feel like I *really* got that salad. Plus it was an absolutely subpar salad; the $5 ones in Target deli fridge are a MILLION times better than that $14 salad was.Oh and another thing that was weird and not enjoyable about it was that the stems on the arugula were SO LONG. guys I am not THAT picky, this is the FIRST time I have EVER been bothered by leavy green stems in my life lol. They were over 3 inches long on a lot of them! I'd be chewing and then it's just be inches of stem and it was such an unpleasant sensory experience just biZARRE from a place that's main thing is salads.0/10 would just make a salad at home next time.worth mentioning that I did go 45 mins before closing so that likely explains all the ingredients shortages but like...I would have definitely preferred to have them give me a heads up right away (that they couldn't make that salad or that it would need several substitutions) so that I could have picked something else out.
Did a delivery order. Wanted to just do delivery directly from them but for some reason, 0.8 miles was outside their range and they won’t take orders over the phone so had to use Uber eats instead which is a lot more expensive. But the food was great. Got their version of a Caesar salad and enjoyed it.
