Chipotle Mexican Grill - Minneapolis

I don't know if management changed or corporate policy but the last couple of times I've ordered from this location they've given me about half of the food I used to get. I got a carne asada bowl with double meat, the asada was well done and tough, I only got one serving of meat instead of the two I ordered, and the bowl only had about 1/4 a serving of beans. For $20 I expect a lot more food. This just felt like a ripoff.

To go order scheduled for 6:30 wasn't ready until 7:00...

I like the food and prices. I hate that they are always cleaning up for closing around me as we are eating, including sweeping! This is almost 2 hours before closing time, everyday!Wheelchair accessibility: Manageable

The employee there were very nice, very polite, very friendly, very respectful, very helpful, very professional, and very responsible, too.The food there was definitely fresh and absolutely delicious, also as well, of course!??????

Alrighty, I am not one to really ever go on yelp and do this. I got to say, todays order was underwhelming. I've eaten at this location before and the folks always make great bowls. Today, I went for lunch and decided I wanted to get a bowl with half carne asada and half chicken. So I placed my order and the girl that was prepping it was very nice and polite but I couldn't tell if it was her first day or first week or what was going on. When I came to placing the portions she literally didn't fill the spoon at all. My bowl looks like a kids bowl, the only thing that makes it look full is the guacamole that I paid for extra. When it came time to checking out, the cashier looked confused as to what she was charging me for. My co workers took a look at bowl and asked me why it looked that way. Again, I am not one to be a **** or make someone feel bad about their job, but come on.... Do better. Oh and the chicken was cold. Went back in to let them know, they remade my bowl same girl, and it wasn't any better still looked like a kids meal. I asked her is she could add more protein. The cops behind me though, they got FULL BOWLS because the cashier made it for them. Cute. I let them know to make everyone's bowls the same. Needless to say, there's a reason I hardly eat chipotle, jokes on me the one time I actually want it.
