Caspian Bistro Marketplace

I loved the food that this place had to offer but what was even more amazing was the service that was provided to us. While we were waiting, the person behind the counter( I am assuming he was the owner) helped us with the menu and the person serving us were the sweetest and kindest gentlemen. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back for more!!

As a persian, I can say with reasonable authority that this does not represent the best of Iranian food. The service was slow and not what I would consider friendly. The restaurant itself is decent but way too hot. An error in charging my credit card caused the card company to stop my card for fraud. They input the charge manually for $2500 instead of $250, and the card company thankfully rejected the charges, and I then used a different card when they corrected the error. It caused a real pain involving calls to the card company. Not confidence inspiring. Maybe they just had a bad day. The persian grocery store is another matter, great groceries. Everything you need to make great persian recipes at home. Ok, the response from the owner is so offensive, I must respond. I have records, receipts, witnesses, and thus your response is a transparent effort to avoid responsibility. As noted, the $250 dollar reference was approximate. The exact amount is shown on the attached receipt. The original charge added a zero, perhaps by accident, but still. And all 6 members of our party can vouch for the rest of the review. Really? Your response makes things much worse. By the way, my card was canceled and I now have to wait for a replacement. You should have just said sorry. Oh, I do not like being accuse of fraud.

The food quality is relatively Ok, especially if you are Persian! The kabobs are not so juicy but the meat quality was fine.The worst thing is their service. I’ve been there twice and the restaurant manager do the waiter tasks! He is the only person in the area and you have to wait several minutes to ask for any thing you need!I saw this in other reviews too, and I don’t know why they are not taking any action to add at least 2-3 waiters to their restaurant…

Excellent Persian restaurant. Friendly service and a helpful waiter. Food was delicious. Ordered the Caspian Supreme which included a skewer of beef tenderloin and a skewer of Koubideh which is ground beef and lamb and included basmati rice and a grilled tomato. Free parking in the rear of the building. No alcohol on the menu.

Was nervous about this place. I've never eaten Persian food. This place was great the service was terrific!Food: 5/5
