Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

They were quite busy when we visited. I received my order of the Turtle Mocha, and it was exactly as I expected—delicious! My brother ordered an icy drink with a boost but ended up with a smoothie that included a boost instead. Unfortunately, it wasn't the icy drink he had requested. It was a simple mistake, but it was still a bit disappointing.

The staff here are truly outstanding. They’re always friendly and efficient, and I love their trendy fashion and vibrant vibe. Honestly, I’d pay to watch these people in a show! Haha!

This is a fantastic spot conveniently located by the bus station. The baristas are very friendly and have a great sense of humor. It's wonderful to have such a place nearby!

I love Caribou, but they really load $7 for a splash of coffee and big cup of ice cream

Service was pretty fast, but lacking. Employee who made the drink just plopped it on the counter without saying anything and it was only 2/3 full. It wasn't busy, there was no line and no one ordered after me the 3 people behind the counter definitely had the time to do it right, it just didn't happen on this occasion.
