Then, I inquired about the summer vibe drinks, and she told me, "That's the bousted drink." I asked for clarification, and she rudely retorted, "It’s a drink," before calling over a male coworker, yelling, “Help them.” Fortunately, he approached us and was very helpful, explaining the drinks and assisting us with our order. However, just as we settled in, the rude woman (a younger, heavier set individual with short hair) abruptly told us, “You can’t be in here,” and walked away before we could ask why. We couldn’t help but laugh at her outrageous behavior. It’s unfortunate that she seems to dislike her job and took her frustration out on us. Because of her complete disregard for us as customers and as people, we won’t be returning. I hope one day she understands that this kind of behavior is unacceptable and detrimental to business. Kinda bummed. Drove here to surprise my husband for our anniversary with a nice coffee to wake up to.... spent 13 dollars on two drinks and tipped only to get home and dump out both drinks because they tasted awful. Was really looking forward to starting our morning off right but unfortunately it won't be because of caribou.... seems like everytime I go it's hit or miss these days with the consistency of the drinks. I worked for caribou for a few years and it's a shame that you can't rely on the drink to taste the same when you go. Guess it's time to take my business to scooters coffee.
