Butter Bakery Cafe - Minneapolis

The vegan options at this restaurant were clearly labeled and delicious. I tried the tofu scramble and tofu burrito, both of which were flavorful. The staff were friendly. I do wish they offered more choices, but the quality of the options they do have is great!

In an email exchange, they mistakenly classified their energy bars as vegan, but later clarified that they actually contain egg whites.

I visited this restaurant about a week and a half ago and ordered an eclair and a latte. The eclair was delicious and the coffee was good (although I forgot to ask for oat milk due to being lactose intolerant, but the flavor was still there). The atmosphere was very laid back and it seemed like a business that is very community oriented.

Just a reminder that this restaurant does not offer loaves of bread, only pastries and other baked treats.

I visited this restaurant earlier in 2023 and have been eagerly anticipating returning. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It is a cozy spot with a great atmosphere. I highly recommend checking it out!
