Bonchon Seven Hills - Minneapolis

I had a horrible experience eating from this place. I usually love Bonchon, but had never tried the one in the mall at the time. I had the combo with the wings and drumsticks which is usually solid. Except several hours later, I had horrible stomach cramps and chills. So much so that I couldn?t eat dinner and tried to sleep it off. The next day is when I realized... I had food poisoning from my meal. I don?t even want to tell you how many times I needed to use the bathroom in a day. It took two weeks for my stomach to go back to normal. It was the first time I ever had food poisoning and it was truly an awful experience. Please make sure chicken is at temp and being changed often. I hope no else has to go through what I did because they ate here.

I tried the chicken katsu on recommendation from the attendant and I'm so glad I did. It is a delicious crispy slab of chicken on white rice, striped with spicy mayo and a side of coleslaw. I can't wait to try more. If you like trying new flavors like I do, I highly recommend you also give this a try.

First time trying Korean fried chicken and holy cow it was good! We loved the soy garlic sauce and how crispy and juicy the chicken was! We had some for lunch and had to come back for dinner before we left. The potstickers were delicious too even if they were a bit salty! We will be making this a regular stop during our MOA trips in the future!

I've always loved Bonchon in Maple Grove. My kids love the wings there too. Today I was shopping at MOA with my family and nephew. So I decided to buy 24 pieces boneless wings to share with my kids and nephews. I told them how delicious the Bonchon wings are. Wow...this location (Bonchon at MOA) proved me so wrong. Their wings are super super salty. It was as if they poured whole salt into the chicken. So disappointed! ! By the way, I have to throw most of the chicken away because of how salty they were.

My favorite food at the mall. Always get the combo #4 with kimchi. Sooo good! I'll never get tired of it. The servers are super quick to get the food out too. Can't go wrong with this place. ????
