My friends and I decided to try out this restaurant during Pride weekend. Despite being busy, it was not too crowded inside. Upon first impression, the restaurant appeared spacious.

I am so grateful for Kedar, as without him I would have never known that this restaurant was located within the Global Market Building. The guacamole was fresh and perfect, made simply with avocados, spices, and cilantro just how I like it. I was pleasantly surprised by the $7 price tag for a seemingly small portion, but the free chips, pico de gallo, and mild green salsa made up for it. I used these extras to make nachos with my salsa diabla, soy chorizo, guac, and Salat Schredder from my Flotta plate, which turned out perfectly as I prefer not to eat nachos with cheese, not even vegan cheese. The Soy Chorizo and Jackfruit Tinga Tacos were good, but not outstanding. However, when combined with the Diabla salsa and guac on tortilla chips, it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Flautas de papa - they were delicious and I will definitely be ordering them again. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the music was great, and the staff were very friendly. Just a heads up, the rice is made with chicken stock so it may not be suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
