Napkins!!! Napkins, napkins, napkins. This burger is soo juicy, it's a race to eat it. We got the double cheeseburger with bacon and grilled onions. We don't live anywhere near this place, but make it a point to stop in whenever we're there. Highly recommended!

This place gives me a woody just thinking about their burgers. Just don’t get caught ordering a Bud light. No stank here mane .

I stopped here because of a YouTube video that highly recommended this place for burgers. What I didn't know is that this is a bar first and a restaurant second. Very clean and neat outside. Inside is very clean also. If you don't want to eat indoors in extreme cigarette smoke, you have to go outside where there is absolutely no shade. The tables are out in the open in the middle of the sun, no umbrella or canopy in sight to cast a shadow. It might be pretty nice on a calm winter or fall day, but that day it was 100° and holding at 7:00 p.m. The bacon cheeseburger was not bad and the hamburger meat was better than at many restaurants. I just had to eat it in my car like I was at Sonic. They didn't sell fries, just chips, which seemed kind of strange, even if it is a bar. It looked like a great bar to go to if cigarette smoke is your thing. The people sitting at the bar seem to be having a nice time. Just be aware that it's a very smokey bar that serves food and not a regular restaurant.

Woody's is a Mineral Wells institution, serving the best burgers anywhere.

Store bought pre-formed hamburger patties do not qualify for the best burger in Texas. Over rated and Seriously disappointing .
