Ichiban - Mineral Wells

This place is... I never thought I would eat sushi in mineral fountains, but this place was worth the 20 miles drive

By far the best place to eat in mineral fountains! Amazing food and amazing service.

Who would have thought that a world-class sushi bar and chef would end up in lil ole Mineral Wells? Meisterkoch Vila Lee and his fellow cooks create works of sushi art and can adapt your selection of fish to an incredibly delicious and beautifully presented dish. The tempura shrimp appetizer is excellent, especially with a small taste of aal sauce prepared by Vila. Try it once... They will return.

The food is phenomenal. Sushi for the first time here. I was back a few times and I had it back. From the now traditional menu, the General TSO'S is amazingly great! Always a great meal and cozy atmosphere will definitely come again for more!

Amazing food, and the owners are incredible people... would highly recommend...
