Ludden Lake Golf Course Supper Club

We chose this restaurant because of its positive reviews, but it was a major letdown! One person in our group ordered the twin lobster tails, which had a spoiled smell and taste. The owner even admitted this after tasting it herself. Another guest ordered the "poor man's lobster," which was undercooked in the center and needed to be sent back. We also ordered two glasses of wine, both of which were unpleasant. When it was time to settle the bill at the bar, we had a hard time finding someone to help us and had to ask several times. Eventually, the owner came out, and when we shared our concerns, she rolled her eyes at one of our complaints. Is that how customers should be treated? Save your money and steer clear of this place!

If you're searching for a tasty steak at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. Situated in the hills just outside Mineral Point, it boasts beautiful views along with a nine-hole golf course. The chef, John, is exceptionally talented and knows how to delight your palate.

The food is tasty, but the dining area feels somewhat outdated. The salad bar is fantastic, though there is an additional fee for using credit cards.
