I've had several issues with my orders, whether I use DoorDash or place them in person. Most of the time, my food arrives cold or isn't cooked properly. The staff is always friendly, but the food quality needs improvement. Please address this issue!
The service inside was slow. The buns were hard and burnt. I ordered a large fry, but it was less than half full. The food was also lukewarm. I would have returned it, but we were using the drive-thru.
This was the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. There was only one car at the window, and the employee at the first window asked me to wait, so I complied. While I was waiting, the menu changed. After finally taking my breakfast order, it took another five minutes just to process my payment. Then, when I reached the next window to pick up my food, I was informed that they were out of breakfast items. The woman who told me this was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Overall, this was easily one of the worst McDonald's experiences I have ever had.
Tried to get a Carmel macchiato but instead they told my friend a different price that wasn?t on the app. Maybe its different prices from app to non app. they didn?t refund the whole amount though and they won?t answer their phone. I called them 6 times.Spent $7 but they only refunded $1.
