I recently moved from California to Missouri. I knew I would be losing access to readily available good Mexican food with the move to MO. After trying many Mexican food restaurant's from STL to Memphis, El Nopalito is the closest to real authentic Mexican food I've found since moving to the mid-south. I'm still not sure what chicken cheese and rice is but it seems to be a thing out here. To be brief, if you're looking for legit Mexican food, this is the closest you will find in the area.
