Pepper Mill Steak Pasta House

Steak was perfect! Nailed medium rare with amazing flavour. Short wait time for food. Slightly more boisterous atmosphere than some places. Good stop for great food!

My family and I love the Peppermill, and it's my go to place to bring new friends in Minden for a nice meal. They have a large menu with a ton of options and everything I've had there has been incredible including: their fettuccine Alfredo (one of the best I've ever had), fish&chips, surf&turf, french onion soup, steak of the day etc.This is a busy place! So a few times we have had to wait in the car for a table no problem for us as they call you to let you know when they are ready and service after that is always fast. The servers are lovely, always know how to answer any questions about the menu and provide quick service.They also have a decent drink list and you can head to the bar for just a drink and app on your way by.The place is cozy with wood walls and tables, beautiful local artwork on the walls, greenery and dim lighting. It feels very warm and welcoming here and you could show up in a nice outfit for an anniversary dinner or come in work clothes for a family meal This place has a great vibe either way.I'm always too busy eating to take photos, but I will endeavour to update this review with some eventually. Either way, check this spot out and enjoy your meal you won't be disappointed!

Ok, I've got to say, I've been driving by here for quite some time. It always is closed, or absolutely jammed packed with cars and people. That being said, one night I decided to take my wife and go for the heck of it. Figured we wouldn't get a table without a reservation, but no harm trying. To my surprise, they took my number, 5 minutes later, my phone rang and I was told the table was ready. We went inside. Ordered, and waited absolutely forever for our food, now, normally I'd be pretty upset over waiting so long near closing, but let me tell you, the flavor in the food once we got it, was absolutely mind blowing. Food was really tasty, and although the service was terribly slow all around, the waitresses did always have a very friendly tone and helpfulness.Parking: The lot appears big during the day while they're closed, but once they open, this lot gets absolutely jam-packed.Kid-friendliness: This place has a semi classy, nice laid back, elegant country feeling. Not really the first place that I'd choose if I had kids that are under 9/10 years old.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp as the front entrance that makes for easy accommodations for anyone in need of a mobility aid, such as a walker, canes, mobility scooters/chairs, wheelchairs, or anything else.

Very disappointing dinner. Started with a salad that was delicious. I had the beef medallions. The wine sauce was so salty it was inedible. Ordered medium rare meat came well done and barely warm. My husband had the seafood platter. His was barely warm as well. The scallops were undercooked. A return visit is not happening.

Our favorite place to celebrate friends and family. Love our waitress Becky. Excellent service and the food never disappoints!?Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious options for the non meat eaters.
