The burger is decent, though it lacks the flavor it used to have. The patties are homemade, but they could use a bit more seasoning. They serve the burgers with seasoned fries, which are nice. Overall, it’s not bad, but rather average. If you're in the area, it’s worth a visit, especially since it’s a significant improvement over typical fast food burgers.

I was in town for a week and decided to give this place next to my hotel a shot because of the Yelp reviews. The kitchen is located inside a Valero gas station, which made me a bit hesitant, but I didn't feel like driving anywhere else. I ordered the Great American Burger on Jalapeño Cheese Bread, and I have to say, it was incredibly delicious. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture! I'll definitely be returning. Edit: I went back the very next day and added fries this time, and they were fantastic!

We LOVE the Fluer Deli! It's located in a Valero station, so don't let that confuse you. The phone number also rings the Valero. The people that work here are so so nice and helpful! The gumbo is our favorite. Call ahead for your order and tell them your traveling through, and they can cool the gumbo down so it travels better. We love to stop and grab a half gallon of gumbo, some rice, and bread to take home. My husband knows he better come home with Fluer Deli, when he is working in Minden! The bathrooms are also super clean!
