Mifune - Minatoku

This restaurant was once great but has sadly declined. Their signature dishes were already sold out when we arrived, including the wagyu beef. It was very disappointing. It has now become a tourist trap and is far from its former glory. Meifune himself would be disappointed.

I traveled from the USA seeking a non-seafood dinner experience in Tokyo and found this great place. It had a cool and casual atmosphere, with a variety of steak options from prime cuts to burgers. Fantastic! If you're looking for a laid-back and friendly place, this is it. I would definitely recommend it. While it may be pricey, it is worth the value.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I was searching for a cozy spot near our vacation rental that wasn't too touristy for my daughter's 10th birthday. Even though the staff didn't speak much English, everything was top-notch. To my delight, they even had a special birthday cake and candle prepared for my daughter. We still reminisce about the delicious food, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere at Mifune!
