This is a creative Italian cuisine restaurant, and the chef leaves all the cooking to you and explains the dishes himself. If you have any allergies or ingredients you don't like, please let us know in advance so you don't have to worry. I was able to discover interesting and enjoyable flavors with combinations of dishes that I had never tried before. I would like to go eat there again.
The dishes are very unique and delicious, and the chef comes to your table to explain each dish. The tomato pasta with stewed summer vegetables was rich and very delicious. There is no service charge, and a glass of wine for weekday lunch is only 500 yen, which is a very reasonable price. The female server was checking the progress of the meal from a corner of the room, so it was a little uneasy, but overall it was a nice restaurant.

朴訥としたサローネ出身のシェフの企業努力が感じられる、手の込んだ5品¥3240のコスパの素晴らしいランチコース。 ポモドーロは某グルメアプリで高評価受けているだけあって秀逸。 食材を細かく刻んだ料理が多くみられ、後半単調に感じられる。 パスタを1品減らして、素材のダイナミックさを感じさせるメインでもよかったのではと思った。 店内所々に 生活感が出ているようなホワイトボードなど 見え隠れしているのが残念。
