Chez Jean Paul - Mimizan

We had to visit twice in a row. very friendly, and between our poor French and their good English. we could order everything we needed. eating its own is excellent, fresh and relatiw fast service. even in the first night when the...Waters were clearly overrun, one of the chefs could see that we needed service and was overrun. highly recommended. the long queues say everything. arrival before 19:30 in le jardin.

We cried this week at jean paul, only pizza and a glass of wine. it was pleasant service and the pizza was ok. it's not my idea that a great night is going out, but I feel inferior. the clench seems. a lot to wish and they got that and were happy. there are better restaurants in mimizan.

Even though the place looks inviting, we left very disappointed. Our starters were satisfying, but it went south from there: I had the entrecote, which was tasteless and had already gotten cold when it arrived at our table. My brother had the worst pasta ever...and when he ordered an extra serving of carbonara sauce, it turned out to be nothing but a small cup of grated cheese. Service was slow and lethargic and added to the overall poor experience. Maybe it was just bad luck, but I definitely wouldn't recommend and will go somewhere else next time.

I´d go there every day if i could.....yes it´s crowded in summer.. but the food is always awesome....Moules, Daily Dishes, Meat, the tartare......chose what you will it´s perfect!!!!!!

Good food but not exceptional. We had 4 waiters which is a bit confusing. But good was ok. That is more a place for families .
