Zoup! - Milwaukee

I've never been to a Zoup before, but the service at this location turned me into a fan. I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but she had blue hair and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we sampled the soups, she shared her honest opinions in a genuine way that didn’t feel forced at all. The soups were delicious as well, making for a wonderful lunch experience.

The food is definitely worth the wait, and the prices are quite reasonable. They offer a variety of soups that change daily, as well as some that are always available. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do wish more places aside from Soda offered a wider selection of drink options. I really enjoy places that serve infused waters and lemonade sweetened with honey and fresh fruit. It's definitely worth a visit!

The Zoup location in Milwaukee is outstanding. Overall, the food is fantastic, with the soup being the star of the show—it's consistently great. My personal favorite is the pepper steak, but everything I’ve tried has been excellent. The Milwaukee site, managed by Natalie, is top-notch. She runs the place very professionally. Whenever I'm in town, I make it a point to stop by for a meal each week. I would give it more stars if I could. This place truly is exceptional!

Customer service was great. The staff made me so welcome to sit and eat even though they closed in 15 minutes. The teenagers who served me this evening were not scary at all to finish their shifts! The soup was really good! I have a few samples before ordering the lobster bisque that was really rich! I also ordered a sandwich that really tasted fresh! My favourite is the Italian bread! I will definitely be back!

My husband told me about this place years ago but I had never heard of it before, so I wasn't interested. Finally he convinced me to try it and I regret having not gone earlier! The soup is delicious! You can get bread bowls, soup sandwiches, and even soup flights! The people working are always in a good mood and super friendly, and they offer samples (which is great for someone super indecisive, like me). If you haven't had Zoup yet, go, now.
