If I could give zero stars I would. I went yesterday after a Bucks game, and the tension from staff was felt the second I walked in the door. The lady who was making the food complained that people were coming in the store, she was swearing, saying inappropriate words, and continued to say “I can’t even do this right now, I’m so angry”. She continued to be angry at customers when she made mistakes about their orders. The food, although good, did not look appetizing, and she almost threw it down near the register. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend all customers go to other locations as I wouldn’t want anyone to have the experience that I did.
Online pickup order not started until I complained No apology, “manager” working entire line alone, did not greet me, didn’t apologize, obviously didn’t care. Only communication was “one second” and “what’s the name?” Order of chips was a bag of crumbs Will not return and will tell everyone I know that works or goes to school downtown to avoid this location . Suspect racism because this person was very congenial with Spanish-speaking customers.

How is Qdoba not more popular than Chipotle. Food was way better. This particular location the Manager Ethan was very personable but didn’t overdo it like the phonies at Chick Fil A. He was just genuinely a good dude. The portions are bigger than Chipotle’s but not overflowing and that queso I actually saw them grilling half chickens on the grill right in front of me. I dined in while waiting for my daughter and her friends at a concert. I sat down and just beat the crowd that came in after and I watched Ethan handle every order with patience and a smile on his face. As a restaurant manager myself with “niche” food it’s hard to get it right. This was an awesome meal and they put so much chips in the bag I’m still eating them in the car! Only knock was the tables were dirty but when it’s just Ethan and a prep/cook type employee you can’t be everywhere at once. Overall Ethan made my first ever experience at a Qdoba an awesome one. Hope he gets some recognition for his attitude, his presentation and his attention to quality.
