Papa John's Pizza - Milwaukee

The restaurant is pretty good. They do not offer deep dish pizza and their website is a bit tricky to navigate, but the location on Wells Street was really nice when I visited. The staff member working there was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The hours of operation may differ from what is listed on the website, but overall it is a good place to get pizza for the price. In fact, I think I will go get some right now.

You don't let you know how long it will be for your pizza, you won't get a confirmation email, and if you call it, they will stop. But don't worry that they charge your card RECHTSSACHE and then you can't cancel because no one answers the phone. I'll wait 45 minutes for a confirmation.

I ordered a pizza on a snowy Friday and it took about 2 hours to be delivered. The tracker was never turned on and no one answered the phone when I tried to check on my order, so I had to wait without any updates. I even took my keys to go to the restaurant in person to ask about my order when suddenly my phone rang. It was the delivery driver letting me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and offered an apology for the delay, so I don't hold him responsible. However, when the pizza arrived, it was soggy and the cheese breadsticks tasted like cardboard with fake parmesan. It seems that the restaurant is understaffed and cannot handle a busy period. I will not be ordering from this place again until they make improvements.

Sad experience, do not order from them or Papa Johns in general. Order delivery two weeks ago, never get my order. I tried to call the store several times, no one ever takes off. Also called customer service that said someone would follow me within 48 hours. Also responds to an email survey. No calls or follow. The lack of accountability of this whole company is ridiculous. I'll never get my business back.
