Noodles Company - Milwaukee

I work in Milwaukee but do not live near this location. However, I always order dinner from here because my meal is consistently delicious. I avoid ordering in my own city as the quality is inconsistent. The portion sizes are generous, the sauce is flavorful, and the service is quick. The staff is professional and handled a difficult customer with professionalism. It would have been nice to see them supported by management, but overall, I appreciate the hard work of this location.

This restaurant is great, but I highly recommend avoiding the Lake Geneva location. In my experience, they are the worst. However, if you're unsure, you can always try the Lake Geneva location yourself. Just be prepared with a barf bag if you decide to go there, in my opinion.

The staff at Noodles Company, especially Cal, Drew, Michelle, and Mariah, were very welcoming and friendly. They treated me like family, engaging in conversation with me while I waited for my order. Despite not ordering online or by phone, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you, Noodles Company.

Order was wrong. Contacted them for a refund and haven't heard back yet. Will not be returning.

Updated- and downgraded Usually happy with this location, fast and friendly service, and my order is usually prepared correctly. The only issues I have had all came from their rice crispy treats. Once they were rock hard and another time they were out for my online order. Both of those times the staff was more than helpful. But this time I received these two rice crispy treats. There is a huge difference in the size of these. And even the larger of the two is smaller than usual. Really disappointed I paid $2.50 each for these. July 11, 2021. Who knew the issue would actually get worse. The last two times I've ordered from this location they have given me two children's rice crispy instead of the regular size. Than when I took them back, I was told it was supposed to be 4 small ones to equal the 2 I ordered. This does not even out. This is a rip off, only question is it intentional or just poor management? Either way its not worth returning
