Mcdonald's - Milwaukee

I really liked the new ordering technology at this restaurant. The wait staff was amazing, with smiling faces and excellent service. My overall visit was enjoyable.

This restaurant has some of the worst service and speed. Despite there being only two other cars in the drive-thru, I had to wait for at least 4 minutes. Even after 4 minutes, I still hadn't reached the pay window because the cashier seemed to be more focused on holding a conversation. It's faster for me to drive a mile or two to a competitor rather than walking to this McDonald's. This isn't just a one-time occurrence, as I've experienced this multiple times. Additionally, the customer service is terrible.

Good fast service. Just wish they would do better on the presentation. I get it's busy. But throwing it in there won't bring people back.

We had to leave the Burger King drive-thru because of the slow and poor service, so we decided to drive a bit further to find a well-rated McDonald's. I'm happy we chose this one because the service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was good! Thank you!

They gave us an incorrect sandwich, but I think it was because they were so busy. It was probably about a 20-30 minute wait in the drive through.
