Wonderful bright smile greets you at the door. Great attitude and demeanor. Prices a little high but when you ask for the works that 's what you get! My sandwich was gigantic! With fries 12 oz soda it was $20. After eating, I want to go to sleep, lol.. Definitely worth trying again. I 'd like to try thier wings, I hear they come with fries..

Jakes has been around for as long as I can remember. The staff has changed, and it has also but it is still the only place in the neighborhood where you can get a good corn beef sandwich.

Let me tell you coming from a pleasantly plump lady loll that knows food , hands down best corned beef sandwich ever!! My dad has been coming here for over 20 years and I tried it out last year I’m hooked on jakes

Everytime I find myself in Milwaukee I come in for a pastrami sandwich!

We got multiple items. corned beef sandwich, corned beef filled egg rolls, chicken wings and turkey pastrami sandwich, anything with corned beef is delicious. And the staff are really friendly. Definitely worth a try!
