Cheba Hut Toasted Subs - Milwaukee

Pros: The garlic bread was delicious, and the ingredients were very fresh. Cons: It was a bit pricey at $13 after tax and tip for an 8-inch sandwich, and I felt it lacked enough toppings—just one tomato for the entire sandwich, along with some jalapeño and pepper crumbles that weren't spicy enough. Recommendation: They should consider adding more toppings and maybe include pesto sauce on the menu!

I recommend this place so frequently that I've started running into acquaintances who came based on my suggestion. I'm not sure what magic they put into these sandwiches to make them so addictive, but I can't help but keep coming back. It's a perfect 10/10—hands down the best bread in town. (Seriously, think about ordering some extra bread to take home. You'll thank me later!)

Foods great, most employees are great too. The owners keep firing some of the best employees though. They?re getting fired over stuff that is small or not their fault.

I had a great first experience at this restaurant! The staff were extremely friendly, and the food was amazing. They offer a wide variety of intriguing sandwiches to choose from. I'm thrilled to discover another spot for delicious hot sub sandwiches to add to my list, and I definitely plan to return. I hope the location in Bay View opens up soon, as it would be much closer for me!

I have tried quite a few different subs taste was on point. I can say that it's actually a nice place to eat for a quick bite or if you want to hang out for a bit.
