Benihana - Milwaukee

Well, I had to edit this review. I went back today Nisha and Zack displayed the best service ever! My food was fresh and delicious. Although my last experience was really bad, Today everything was perfect I am very impressed ?? Don?t let one bad day change your perspective and thank you so much to my Florida friend who was truly a blessing ????

I made reservations. Waited fifteen minutes to be seated. Waited another fifteen to get a server. I went for my birthday which has been a tradition for years and we were no longer offered a picture. We ordered food we never received. Had to have the bill fixed twice. Service seriously lacking. The cook was great. I agree with other reviews that the food has gotten expensive and the experience isn?t meeting the price point. Hibachi dinners include dessert on the menu but only one was offered (because I told them it was my birthday). Seems like I need a new restaurant for my tradition.

Servers seem to always have a bit of an attitude, the cook was AWESOME!! He seen the server was annoyed and giving off bad energy, he cheered up the situation.. Working in a restaurant can be overwhelming but if we're being charged gratuity show some sort of customer service. Missed out on a bigger tip, I tipped the cook instead ?? Food was pretty good!

Horrible service. Food was bland. No ?food show? at all? $300 later (this visit)? I will not return! Sad to watch this place too go downhill! Oh it also smells horrible in here! Wash the carpets maybe? among other things. Staff needs a lot of training. Very disappointed!
